Part 1: Registration
Our enrollment process takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. If you need computer access, visit our school office.
You will need an account in our Enrollment Portal to enroll online.
Part 2: Required Documents
Enrollment is not complete until you have submitted the documentation required for enrollment at Ohio public schools.
- Proof of identity/guardianship for the student
- Proof of residency for the family
- Parent/legal guardian photo id
- Immunization/shot records for the student

Sports Program
At Western Toledo Prep, we coach sports like we teach academics—with college in mind. Our students have the opportunity to participate in sports beginning in Kindergarten. Our Athletic Director, Kechan Johnson (of Toledo Thunder renown), is an experienced educator and previous professional athlete. Fitness and sportsmanship are part of every school day, and we schedule all practices and most games within the school day to keep evenings free for family time.
