DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF\nPUBLIC HEARING\nIDEA Part B Funds \nThe Board shall hold a Public Hearing to allow for public comment on the use of IDEA Part B funds\, pursuant to requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Education and provides for an opportunity for public comment on the use of IDEA funds. \nTest Preparation Time Limit Waiver \nPursuant to ORC 3301.0729\, there is a limit to the amount of time in which schools may engage in test preparation for students; approximately 2 percent of total instructional hours\, with some exceptions. \nThe school wishes to apply for a waiver in order to provide assistance to the students who need the additional testing preparation time. \nThe Board shall hold a Public Hearing on the application for the waiver\, and invites the public to provide commentary and/or opinion. \nThe Public Hearing is scheduled on the agenda of the regular meeting of the governing authority:\nMonday\, October 16\, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.\nLocation:\nWestern Toledo Preparatory Academy\n6145 Hill Avenue\nToledo\, OH 43615 \n  \nDownload IDEA Part B Funds (PDF) »\nDownload Test Preparation Time Limit Waiver (PDF) »
